Are you ready to begin or continue on your path to recovery? Are you on the fence? Wherever you are I will meet you there! Eating Disorder Recovery Coaching can be tailored to your individual needs. Recovery isn’t a “one size fits all”. Recovery looks different for everyone. To work with me, you don’t have to be committed to full recovery, you just have to be open to trying some new things.

  • Virtual Coaching

    Clients meet with Maggie on a secure platform at least once a week or more depending on the client’s needs. Sessions are typically 45-50 minutes long. During this time goals are set and a personalized plan is established for that week. Clients will learn to identify challenges they are facing in their every day life in regards to their recovery and how to trouble shoot in the moment. Clients are given access to daily text support and are able to schedule quick phone calls at no additional cost.

  • In-Person Coaching

    Clients local to the Los Angeles area can request to meet in person. During in-person sessions the possibilities are endless and can be more tailored to the client’s needs as well as the recommendations of the treatment team. Whether its grocery shopping, closet clean outs, clothes shopping, meal outings, family dinners or events… In-person coaching can provide a level of support that has a huge impact for many people looking for an authentic experience from a new point of view. In the past few years much of our lives have become virtual, however in-person coaching sessions tend to ground an experience and can help a client tremendously. Maggie loves to get involved in the home and family unit in a way that her expertise and intuition can fully guide her to connect to her clients in THEIR environment.

  • Meal and Snack Support

    Many recovering people find that when they sit down to have a meal or snack, their anxiety around the food can cause them to freeze or feel the need to turn to eating disorder thoughts and behaviors. Meal and snack support sessions provide a safe place to work through those moments while they are happening. Having a coach who is specifically trained to walk a client through meals and snacks has been majorly helpful to many recovering people and is highly recommended by some of the top eating disorder treatment professionals in the field.

  • Ongoing Support

    Recovery comes with many levels! For clients no longer needing weekly sessions, Maggie offers a monthly text or call support package tailored to your needs.

A complimentary 30 minute Connection Call is required to begin your coaching journey. During this call, appropriateness for coaching will be assessed. A brief conversation will take place and the prospective client should express their personal goals and expectations along with certain details about their situation.

The coach/client relationship begins after the initial session.
